SPACE is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. Parents who participate in SPACE are provided with tools and strategies to help their child overcome anxiety. Specifically, parents are taught ways to respond more supportively to their child and reduce accommodations to their child’s anxiety.

In response to Covid-19 (Coronavirus), Skaneateles Psychology Associates has launched Telehealth sessions to offer a safer way to see your provider from the comfort of your own home during these difficult times. Our therapists are licensed to provide services to residents of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Walk and talk therapy harnesses the benefits of the outdoors and exercise by making traditional psychotherapy sessions active and moving them to an outdoor setting. Clients who have tried this rarely return to the traditional office couch.
