Groups for Teens
Adolescent Social Anxiety
Group members will practice social skills that will help them feel more confident when interacting with peers. This group is open to current and new patients.
Group will be weekly and in person after school at our Manlius office. Exact day and time TBD.
Groups for Ages 18+
ADHD Skills Group
Struggling to stay focused and get control over your distractibility?
This group will help build skills in:
Organization and Planning
Distractibility, Procrastination, and Inattention
Anxiety relating to ADHD
Coping to address related feelings of shame
ADHD Diagnosis is not required
This group is open to college students and young adults over the age of 18
Time & Place TBD based on group availability
Coping with Stress
This 10 session group for adults will cover topics such as:
Relaxation training
How to set and meet your goals
Building and using your support network
Addressing anxious thoughts
Improving self care
And other stress management skills!

Groups for Parents
SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
SPACE is designed to give parents the tools to help their child overcome anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or related problems.
SPACE was developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center and has been empirically tested and found to be efficacious in randomized controlled trials.
You will learn how to
Increase supportive communication with your child
Decrease accommodations
Improve daily functioning
Maintain healthy boundaries

8-10 weekly virtual sessions on Thursdays from 12-1pm
